Oversee the company’s full set of accounts and day-to-day finance operations.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.

Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements on time.

Handle month-end and year-end closing.

Process payroll, CPF, and related statutory submissions.

Prepare and submit GST returns and support corporate tax filings.

Maintain proper accounting records in line with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and company policy.

Support internal and external audits and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

Monitor budgets, analyse variances, and flag cost or cash issues to management.

Review and strengthen internal controls, payment processes, and finance SOPs.

Liaise with banks, vendors, and other departments on finance matters.

Perform other finance and admin duties as assigned.
