About the Role
As an analyst, you will contribute to the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of custom applications that support evolving business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions while building deep expertise in application development and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain custom applications in accordance with business and technical requirements.
• Analyze and implement application enhancements to support evolving business processes and operational needs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure adherence to established service level agreements.
• Define and review technical requirements with a focus on system integration, performance, quality, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that meet business objectives.
• Partner with cloud operations teams to manage infrastructure capacity and support system reliability.
• Track and monitor system performance indicators and recommend improvements where appropriate.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development standards and practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in application development, software engineering, or a related technical role.
• Intermediate proficiency in Custom Application Development.
• Intermediate proficiency in Software Engineering principles and practices.
• Experience supporting application maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and develop effective solutions to business challenges.
