We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager (Outpatient Physiotherapy) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily clinical and administrative operations of an outpatient rehabilitation department, including clients’ scheduling, flow, and waiting lists to meet targets.
• Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for clients.
• Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy intervention programs for clients, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with clinical governance, health and safety regulations, and evidence-based practice.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior physiotherapists and physiotherapy assistants, ensuring high standards of practice.
• Foster collaboration with a diverse team to ensure comprehensive patient care and comfort.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Physical Therapy/ Physiotherapy.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and empathy in dealing with clients.
• Good health and fitness.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
