Role Description The Sales Attendant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. This role is responsible for delivering an excellent in-store experience, including welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing styling advice that reflects Love, Bonito’s brand and collections. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with product selection and fitting room support, handling point-of-sale transactions, and managing returns and exchanges in line with store policies. The Sales Attendant will help maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards, ensure stock is replenished, and support basic inventory checks. This role also involves sharing product knowledge, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with the store team to achieve sales targets and uphold a positive, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service and retail sales skills, including the ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and build positive relationships.
• Basic styling and product knowledge skills, with an interest in fashion and the ability to provide fit and styling recommendations aligned with Love, Bonito’s brand.
• Cashier and point-of-sale operation skills, including handling payments accurately and managing returns and exchanges according to store procedures.
• Store operations and merchandising skills, such as maintaining store cleanliness, organizing displays, and supporting stock replenishment and simple inventory checks.
• Communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced retail environment and interact confidently with diverse customers.
• Ability to work full-time retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
• Prior experience in fashion or retail sales is beneficial but not mandatory; a strong customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn are highly valued.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., POS systems, inventory applications) and proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in Singapore are a plus.
