Retail / Senior Retail Assistant | Fashion | Singapore
Location: Town Area
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to $2,800/month with attractive Commissions
Working Hours: 5-day work week (roster basis, including weekends & PH)

We are hiring on behalf of a growing multi-brand fashion and lifestyle retail company. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Senior Retail Assistant to be a key part of their store team. If you have a flair for fashion, love engaging with customers, and enjoy mentoring others — we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome and engage customers warmly to create a memorable in-store experience

• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products and styling advice

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through genuine and consultative selling

• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise sales opportunities

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback promptly and professionally

Store Operations

• Maintain visual merchandising and store display standards

• Handle cashiering, sales transactions, and daily reconciliation

• Support stock replenishment, inventory counts, and stockroom organisation

• Ensure store cleanliness and tidiness at all times

Team Support

• Guide and mentor junior retail assistants

• Support store operations and assist supervisor when required

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience — fashion or lifestyle retail preferred

• Passionate about fashion with good knowledge of current trends

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
