Role Description: The Sales Manager (Risk Management) is a full-time, on-site role based in Klang Valley. This role is responsible for leading sales activities focused on risk management solutions, including identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and presenting tailored risk management recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The role also involves analyzing sales data, reporting results to leadership, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

- Experience in risk management, insurance, financial services, or a related field, with the ability to interpret and explain risk solutions to clients.

- Proven leadership abilities, including team management, coaching and fostering a collaborative sales culture.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Comfort working on-site in Klang Valley with strong time management and organizational skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

- Prior experience in a sales management role is preferred; fluency in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien is compulsory.
