• Proficiency in planning, reporting, and archiving promotional activities and media.

• Familiarity with legal and contractual aspects of supplier agreements is a plus.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive plans for offline advertising placements.

• Coordinate the deployment of promotional materials at sales outlets, public venues, and during special events, ensuring timely and accurate placement.

• Design, organize, and oversee promotional activities to maximize brand engagement.

• Maintain a well-organized archive of all promotional activities and media for future reference and analysis.

• Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers for the production of print materials, advertising media, and corporate merchandise.

• Prepare detailed requests for proposals (RFPs), evaluate quotes, and negotiate terms to secure optimal pricing and quality.

• Collaborate with the company's head office to approve supplier selections and production plans.

• Oversee the entire production lifecycle (from order placement to delivery), ensuring deadlines are met and specifications are adhered to.

• Conduct quality assurance checks upon receipt of products, verifying compliance with contractual and brand standards, address any discrepancies or quality issues by collaborating with suppliers and the legal department to resolve complaints.

• Monitor inventory levels of printed and promotional materials across all company divisions, ensuring stock availability and timely replenishment.
