About The Job

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing, retaining, and expanding a portfolio of high-value priority clients. You will serve as a trusted financial advisor, delivering tailored wealth management and banking solutions to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Growth & Acquisition: Proactively acquire new high-net-worth clients while managing and nurturing relationships within an existing priority portfolio.
• Advisory & Cross-Selling: Provide personalized financial planning and cross-sell comprehensive wealth, investment, deposit, and financing products.
• Client Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional, high-touch customer service to build long-term loyalty and maximize client lifetime value.
• Performance & Compliance: Achieve individual and branch performance targets while adhering to strict regulatory requirements, operational risk standards, and compliance guidelines.
