Job Responsibilities
- Manage and support RBA (Responsible Business Alliance, formerly EICC) compliance activities, including documentation preparation, internal assessments, corrective action follow-up, and audit coordination.
- Handle recruitment activities for indirect staff and direct labour, including sourcing, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
- Support and coordinate employee welfare and engagement activities to maintain a positive and compliant working environment.
- Manage foreign worker administration, including work permits, passports, accommodation arrangements, and related documentation.
- Conduct and maintain 5S audits to ensure workplace organization and compliance.
- Handle Training & Development activities, including new hire orientation, training coordination, retraining programs, and maintenance of training records.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, policies, and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
- Participate in customer audits, RBA audits, ISO audits, and other external audits as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HR processes and compliance.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- HR Executive: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant HR experience are encouraged to apply.
- Senior HR Executive: Preferably candidates with 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in manufacturing or similar environments.
- Experience or exposure to RBA, ISO, customer audits, recruitment, foreign worker management, or Training & Development will be an added advantage.
- Good command of English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and effectively with employees at different levels.
- Candidates applying for the Senior HR Executive level should demonstrate the ability to guide junior team members, coordinate HR activities, and handle assigned matters independently.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
