Job Description: Junior Business Development Consultant

Location: Remote (with occasional in-person workshops/events)

Job Description:

1. Business Development (Local): Strategize and support initiatives to acquire new clients and grow

O Psych’s business within Malaysia.

2. Business Development (Regional): Identify and develop opportunities, partnerships, and clients to

expand O Psych’s presence across the Asia-Pacific region.

3. Social Media Posts: Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content to promote O

Psych’s products, services, research, and thought leadership.

4. Creatives for Digital Marketing: Develop and coordinate high-quality marketing creatives,

promotional materials, videos, and digital campaigns that strengthen O Psych’s brand.

5. Planning & Executing Events and Conferences: Coordinate and support the planning and

execution of corporate events, conferences, workshops, webinars, and certification programmes.
