Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise and implement age-appropriate lessons aligned with centre’s curricula and policies

Design and create a safe, inclusive, engaging and stimulating classroom environment

Observe, assess, and document children’s development and progress regularly

Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and use positive guidance strategies in managing behaviours

Perform daily caregiving tasks to ensure children’s safety, health, and hygiene at all times

Collaborate and work with the team in carrying out responsibilities

Build and foster positive partnerships with families

Requirements:
Certified by ECDA with EY2 / L1 /L2

Advanced Certificate in Early Years / Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education

Able to work independently and in a team

Passionate in working with young children

Location : East / Changi
