About the Role

We are seeking a driven, adaptable, and proactive HR Executive to join our fast-paced Human Resources team. Beyond supporting core HR operations, you will play a key role in driving our Early Careers pipeline—helping attract, engage, and onboard talent into the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including employee onboarding/offboarding, maintaining accurate personnel records, and draft employment documentation.
• Coordinate campus outreach programs, career fairs, and networking events (e.g., graduate recruitment drives and internship initiatives).
• Act as the primary point of contact for university/polytechnic career centers and incoming interns or management associates.
• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment for internship and entry-level cohorts, from application screening to structured onboarding.
• Coordinate interview schedules, post job descriptions across various channels, and assist with candidate screening.
• Support internal workplace initiatives, team-building events, and culture-building projects.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with local labor regulations (MOM) and handle basic staff inquiries efficiently.
• Take on cross-functional HR support tasks and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior internship experience in HR or talent acquisition is highly preferred.
• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient mindset, able to thrive and stay organized under pressure in a high-volume, dynamic setting.
• High level of initiative
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
