Requirements
- 中等或以上学历，持有SPM/'O' Level证书者优先。
- 具备至少1年相关生产操作经验。
- 熟悉生产设备的操作和基本维护。
- 具备良好的安全意识和团队合作精神。
- 能够适应倒班工作（如需要）。
- 身体健康，能胜任生产岗位的工作强度。
- 有责任心，工作认真细致。
Responsibilities
- 按照生产计划和工艺要求，操作生产设备，完成产品生产任务。
- 监控生产过程中的各项参数，确保产品质量符合标准。
- 负责生产设备的日常维护保养，及时发现并排除设备故障。
- 协助技术人员进行新工艺、新技术的实施和验证。
- 严格遵守车间安全生产规章制度，确保人身和设备安全。
- 做好生产记录和数据统计，及时向上级汇报生产情况。
- 保持工作区域的整洁，参与5S管理。
