How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead a team of product executives to support product, product engineering and general admin related activities.
• Coordinate product operations activities with Product Managers, IT, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Ensure product administration activities comply with governance policies and internal controls.
• Produce and review regular reports on financials, product status, product changes, and data quality metrics.
• Maintain product manuals, process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
• DMonitor service requests and administrative tasks against agreed service levels.
• Identify opportunities to automate product administration activities.
• Recommend improvements to product governance processes and operational workflows.
• Participate in system enhancement and process improvement initiatives. Work with automation and AI initiatives to improve product administration efficiency.
  
  

Skills For Success

• Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience working with enterprise product catalog or CRM/ERP systems is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of financial statements.
