Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

• Meet customers to understand operational requirements, environmental challenges, and business needs.
• Attend site visits, online discussions, and follow-up meetings to gather relevant information.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
• Support customers throughout the project journey by coordinating communication with internal teams.
• Maintain clear records of enquiries, quotations, projects, and follow-up activities.

Solution Development & Project Support

• Work with engineers to translate customer challenges and site conditions into practical solutions.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
• Present and explain proposed solutions when required.
• Support project implementation, testing, commissioning, training, and handover activities.
• Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products, services, and future solutions.

Market Development & Business Growth

• Research industries, applications, customer challenges, and emerging market needs.
• Work with marketing to develop useful case studies, application information, FAQs, technical content, and customer education materials.
• Contribute ideas to SEO/AEO, digital content, seminars, exhibitions, email outreach, and other initiatives that help customers discover the company’s expertise.
• Engage consultants, contractors, facility managers, and potential customers through technical discussions, presentations, professional networks, and industry activities.
• Share customer and market insights internally to support new applications, product improvements, and strategic business expansion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, International Business, Technology Management, Engineering Management, or related disciplines.
• Candidates from engineering disciplines who enjoy customer engagement and business development are also encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Candidates with internship experience or up to 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, marketing, project coordination, business development, technical products, or related fields will have an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in customer problem-solving, business development, and market understanding.
• Comfortable preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience in market research, content development, SEO/AEO, lead management, or technical products will be an advantage.
• Willingness to learn about humidity control, HVAC applications, dehumidification systems, and related technologies.

This is not a traditional sales role focused only on closing deals. The role is about creating value through customer understanding, solution development, technical education, market engagement, and strategic business growth.
