JOB & RESPONSIBILITY

• Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are achieved.
• Support APQP, FRQ, and new project activities to ensure timely supplier readiness and material availability.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to secure competitive procurement solutions.
• Manage purchase orders, material deliveries, and supplier communications to ensure uninterrupted production support.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvements in quality, delivery, service, and cost reduction.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments and suppliers to resolve supply issues and meet business requirements.
• Verify supplier invoices, execute Return-to-Vendor (RTV) processes, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Prepare purchasing reports, KPI tracking, and procurement documentation for management review.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
