Junior QA Engineer
Job Responsibilities:

• Execute functional and regression test cases based on business and project requirements, and accurately document test results.
• Identify, report, track, and retest defects after fixes are implemented.
• Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating test cases, test scripts, and QA documentation.
• Support testing activities across different applications, projects, platforms, and environments.
• Work closely with team members to ensure software quality and meet project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of QA or software testing experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of SDLC, software testing principles, and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with manual testing and different testing environments.
• Ability to write clear test cases and document defects effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Mid-Level QA Engineer
Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to plan and execute end-to-end testing activities.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle, including defect reporting, tracking, verification, and retesting after fixes.
• Assist with production issue investigations and support root cause analysis.
• Perform post-release testing and validation to ensure system stability and quality.
• Support test automation initiatives and continuously enhance automation skills.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, testing practices, documentation, and overall testing efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in QA or software testing.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Basic programming skills to support test automation and backend testing.
• Experience or knowledge in the trading or financial services industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with frontend and backend development teams to achieve comprehensive test coverage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
