Responsibilities

Field Sales & Client Relations

• Secure new customers and manage existing accounts to meet monthly sales targets.
• Deliver product demonstrations, recommend suitable items, and handle price negotiations.

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Process orders, prepare basic invoices, and follow up until customers receive their goods.
• Maintain sales logs and provide weekly performance updates to the team.

Merchandising & Inventory Support

• Keep product displays tidy, monitor stock levels, and coordinate restocks with warehouse staff.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights to improve product assortments.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail hardware, fasteners, or related industries.
• SPM or equivalent; diploma in business or sales is an advantage.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills, with an understanding of target markets.
• Comfortable using basic spreadsheets and maintaining sales records.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendly, customer-focused, and reliable, with a practical approach to closing deals.
• Organised time management and the ability to work independently while coordinating with the team.
