Job Description

Requirements

  • 熟练掌握财务分析技术，包括比率分析、现金流建模和风险评估。
  • 具备解读财务报表、评估企业经营状况并做出明智贷款决策的能力。
  • 良好的人际交往和沟通能力，能够与中小企业客户建立良好关系，并有效传达复杂的财务概念。
  • 了解与马来西亚中小企业贷款相关的银行法规、信贷政策及合规要求，包括国家银行（Bank Negara Malaysia，BNM）及其他监管机构发布的指导方针。

Responsibilities

  • 与中小企业客户会面，了解其融资需求、业务目标和财务限制，以便根据客户的实际需求推荐合适的贷款产品。
  • 协助整个贷款申请流程，从启动到审批，包括收集所需文件、填写申请表格，并与内部各部门协调沟通。
  • 在贷款发起过程中，确保遵守监管要求和公司内部政策。
  • 持续关注市场趋势、行业动态及影响马来西亚中小企业融资的监管变化。
