Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have relevant accounting qualifications and practical experience in handling daily accounting and financial matters.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial documents.
• Handle bank reconciliation and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with audit, tax, and other statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience in handling full sets of accounts is an advantage.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail, responsible, and well-organised.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,999.00 per month
