Title Business Consultant, APAC

You will support the execution of a transformation program at Atos, designed to drive operational excellence across multiple workstreams.

You will act as the "connective bridge" between various workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring that data flows accurately, deadlines are met, and roadblocks are dismantled. This is an ideal role for a high-performing junior professional with a consulting background who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Roles s Responsibilities

• Workstream Coordination Liaise and collaborate with the APAC executive
  
  
  

leadership team in reaching decisions on operational activities and assist the progress of multiple "Genesis" workstreams, ensuring milestones are

achieved and KPIs are consistently reported.

• Operational Excellence Participate and involve with the organization’s strategic and annual business plans.
• Stakeholder Management Facilitate communication between diverse internal teams and external partners. Demonstrated experience managing
  
  
  

complex, multi-layered projects with a track record of meeting deadlines under pressure.

• Data s Insights Analyze project metrics to identify risks early. You’ll turn raw project data into actionable insights that help the leadership team make informed decisions.
• Project Governance Maintain rigorous project documentation and ensure all workstreams remain aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the transformation.
• Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports, proposal developments as requested.
  
  
  

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited program, or equivalent experience.
• Work experience of 2 years’ experience in consulting, business operations, or commercial transformation, preferably within a Big 4 or equivalent environment.
• Experience working within a transformation/project management office or a high-growth scale-up environment where processes had to be built from scratch.
• Strong business acumen, with advanced analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret, analyze, and structure data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
