We want someone who can work end-to-end across product discovery, solution design, requirements, delivery, and iteration.

• Around 2–3 years of experience owning or managing digital products in environments such as marketplaces, SaaS, fintech, startups, or technology companies.

• Experience should involve actual ownership of product problems and decisions, not only project coordination or requirement collection.

• Understands how product decisions affect business outcomes.

• Can decide what should be built now, later, simplified, or not built at all.

• Takes responsibility for whether a product or feature achieves its intended result, not only whether it was delivered.

• Has enough technical understanding to discuss APIs, frontend/backend dependencies, system limitations, technical constraints, and implementation trade-offs with engineers.

• Able to scope an MVP by reducing non-essential features while preserving the core user journey, usability, and intended learning objective.

• Evidence of using AI to improve speed, quality, or depth of thinking, not simply familiarity with AI tools.

• Identify jobseeker/employer pain points through user feedback, product data, stakeholder input, and direct observation, then translate validated problems into product improvements.

• Prioritise product improvements based on user value, business impact, urgency, supporting evidence, technical effort, and strategic importance.

• Own or actively coordinate product testing, UAT, bug clarification, launch readiness, and post-launch review to ensure the intended product experience is delivered.

• Define and track success metrics for shipped features, including activation, conversion, engagement, retention, drop-off, and feature adoption, and use the results to decide what to improve next.
