Job Overview:
Support loss prevention and profit protection initiatives across SEA stores and warehouses to minimize shrinkage, strengthen compliance, and protect company assets.
Responsibilities
- Investigate internal theft, fraud, and other loss-related incidents.
- Conduct store audits, cash counts, warehouse checks, and compliance reviews.
- Support store and warehouse stocktakes and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare and share audit, investigation, and stocktake reports with management.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
- Support shrinkage reduction initiatives and recommend corrective actions.
- Liaise with store teams and external authorities when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of audits, investigations, and security matters.
- Provide training and guidance to store teams on loss prevention best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Security Management, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Loss Prevention, Profit Protection, Internal Audit, Security, or Retail Operations.
- Strong analytical, investigation, and report-writing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to travel when required.
