Property Negotiator (REN) / Property Agent

Location: Johor Bahru
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Property Negotiators (REN).

Fresh graduates and candidates without property experience are welcome. Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with property sales and rentals.
• Source new property listings and potential clients.
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with leads.
• Advise clients and negotiate deals.
• Promote properties through social media and online platforms.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen / eligible to work in Malaysia.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Sales or property experience is an advantage.
• Own transportation and valid driving licence is an advantage.
