Working Hours

• 5–6-day work week (rostered schedule)

• Retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays

Working Location: Courts Funan and Harvey Norman North Point

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance their shopping experience

• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently

• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value clearly to customers

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent after-sales service

• Maintain an attractive and well-stocked sales floor to optimize product visibility

• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system to ensure smooth checkout

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with timely stock replenishment

• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings to inform customers effectively

• Support merchandising activities and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards

• Participate actively in store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns

• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store performance goals
