I'm looking for an experienced AVP, Head of Cybersecurity & Network Operations (direct report to me) to lead and drive enterprise-wide cybersecurity, network security, and infrastructure resilience initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for shaping cybersecurity strategy, overseeing security and network operations, managing technology risks and regulatory compliance, and ensuring secure, resilient, and highly available technology services across the organization.

Key Highlights:

1. Lead cybersecurity, network operations, security governance, incident response, and cyber resilience programs.

2. Drive enterprise network security architecture covering firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, WAF, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, and hybrid cloud environments.

3. Provide strategic leadership for SOC/NOC, threat management, vulnerability management, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

4. Manage and secure modern cloud and hybrid infrastructures across Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms.

5. Partner with senior stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to strengthen the organization's security posture and operational resilience.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Network Security, or related discipline.

2. Minimum 6 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Network Operations, Network Security, or Technology Infrastructure, with proven leadership experience.

3. Strong expertise in security operations, incident response, enterprise networking, cloud security, and technology risk management.

4. Familiarity with BNM RMiT and regulatory requirements within Insurance, Takaful, or Financial Services industries is highly desirable.

5. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, CCIE, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, AWS Security Specialty, or Microsoft Security certifications would be an advantage.
