我們現正招聘一位積極主動、具備優秀溝通能力及服務意識的客服經理,負責為客戶提供專業的移民登陸輔導及後續服務,維繫良好的客戶關係,並透過持續跟進與需求挖掘,提升客戶滿意度及促進二次業務發展。
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Manager to provide professional immigration landing assistance and follow-up services. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, respond effectively to client needs, and drive repeat business through continuous engagement and high-quality service.

崗位職責 Job Responsibilities

負責客戶移民登陸輔導及後續服務,確保服務流程順暢及客戶體驗良好。 Responsible for clients’ immigration landing assistance and follow-up services, ensuring a smooth service process and positive customer experience.

為客戶提供專業的業務諮詢及資訊更新,並維護良好的客戶關係。 Provide clients with professional consultation and timely information updates while maintaining strong customer relationships.

及時跟進並定期回訪客戶,深入了解其需求,積極發掘二次合作及轉介機會。 Conduct timely follow-ups and regular client reviews to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and proactively identify repeat business and referral opportunities from existing clients.

耐心聆聽客戶意見及需求,迅速作出回應與反饋,持續提升客戶滿意度。 Listen carefully to clients’ concerns and needs, provide prompt responses and feedback, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

積極維護及推動公司專業形象,貫徹公司服務理念及標準。 Proactively uphold and promote the company’s professional image while implementing its service philosophy and standards.

獨立完成上司交辦的其他日常工作。 Independently complete other daily duties assigned by supervisors.

任職要求 Job Requirements

副學士或以上學歷。 Associate degree or above.

具三年或以上客戶服務經驗,能流利運用英語、粵語及普通話,具備良好的聽、說、讀、寫能力。 Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, with fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

具備良好的溝通能力、協調能力及親和力。 Strong communication and coordination skills with a pleasant and approachable manner.

具高度責任感、良好服務意識、敬業精神及團隊合作精神,為人誠實可靠。 Strong sense of responsibility, customer service mindset, professionalism, team spirit, and integrity.

具備基本銷售能力及銷售意識者優先。 Basic sales capability and commercial awareness are preferred.

工作踏實認真、效率高,具創新思維、良好理解能力及良好工作習慣。 Innovative, diligent, efficient, quick to learn, and equipped with strong work discipline and good working habits.

學習能力強,能靈活及有技巧地處理各類疑難問題。 Strong willingness to learn and the ability to handle complex and difficult situations tactfully.

薪酬:底薪加可觀佣金(面議) Salary: Basic salary plus attractive commission package (negotiable)
