任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Leaders with the interpersonal skills, tools, processes and confidence to effectively lead their team to drive results into the future.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
岗位职责
- To help clients achieve their personal and financial security goals.
- Provide personalized consultation and solution by assisting them to construct their financial plans through the proper use of financial products - life insurance, saving, investment and etc.
- Providing excellent after sales service by maintaining a close relationship with customers and clients at all time.
- Manage and build long term relationships with existing and new Customers.
- To achieve sales and recruitment targets assigned by the Company.
- To involve in organization branding and recruitment strategies, selecting the best candidates with help of recruitment tools.
