Job Summary

The Sales Advisor is responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products or services to drive sales while delivering excellent customer service. This role plays a key part in achieving branch sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
• Achieve sales targets and support daily store operations
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Ensure products are well displayed and organized
• Work with the retail sales team in planning and conducting live selling sessions on online platforms (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram)
• Monitor live session performance and drive improvements in delivery and conversion rates
• Ensure consistent brand representation and customer engagement during live streams
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of stock management and stock movement records
• Handle cash transactions in accordance with company policy and procedures
• Ensure all sales transactions and cash collected from customers are genuine and properly accounted for

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent, fresh graduates are welcome
• Experience in retail or sales is an added advantage
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
