• 协助学生完成学校功课，并培养良好的学习习惯
• 辅导学生学习，帮助他们提升各科基础与学业表现
• 关注学生的学习进度、行为及成长情况
• 协助维持良好的课堂秩序及学习环境
• 与团队合作策划及执行学生学习活动
• 协助家长沟通及学生学习反馈
• 协助中心进行招生、体验课及推广活动
• 参与中心日常营运及团队工作
• 接受内部培训，逐步学习教学、管理与领导能力

Happy Reader Primary is a primary and secondary tuition and daycare centre located in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.

Your Main Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist students with their schoolwork while helping them develop good learning habits
• Provide academic guidance and strengthen students’ foundations and academic performance
• Monitor students’ learning progress, behaviour, and overall development
• Help maintain positive classroom discipline and a productive learning environment
• Work with the team to plan and carry out student learning activities
• Assist with parent communication and provide feedback on students’ learning progress
• Support student recruitment, trial classes, and promotional activities
• Participate in the daily operations and teamwork of the centre
• Attend internal training and progressively develop skills in teaching, management, and leadership
