- Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities and monitor work progress according to drawings, specifications & schedule
• Ensure compliance with Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia (DOSH) requirements and Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994
• Monitor & enforce site safety compliance at all times
• Conduct daily site inspections, safety briefings & toolbox meetings
• Prepare HIRARC and ensure implementation of risk control measures
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors & site workers to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage incident reporting, accident investigation & corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality & overall site requirements
• Handle site safety documentation, reports & related paperwork
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly site progress reports and highlight any site issues

Requirements

• Valid Yellow Book (SSS)
• 2–3 years working experience in construction/site supervision
• Knowledge in site safety, construction operations & compliance requirements
• Able to work independently and work on-site
• Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
