任职资格

Secondary/SPM/'O' Level-No Limit
  • Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience 4Experience in using Oracle Application (Sales Order and Invoicing) is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • Detailed minded with strong negotiation skill
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willing to work overtime
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kepong
  • Able to work at least 2 to 3 days per week from 0800 - 1730
  • Contract is on renewal basis depends on the operation needs / or Part time

岗位职责

  • Responsible for customers' payment collection by means of direct calling and visit of customers' offices / stores
  • Liaise with customers to follow up the outstanding balances, disputes, payment status and etc
  • Responsible for customers’ invoicing, data input and filing
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
