  • Service Crew role is to provide a memorable dining experience to the customer through exceptional service.
    • Taking Customer Orders
    • Communicate to Customers
    • Sending Food and Beverage to Customer
    • Table setting, cleaning and clearing
    • Any other roles common to a Service Crew
  • Kitchen Crew role is to ensure consistent, delicious taste of our food to the customer.
    • Mise En Plus (Food Prep)
    • Cooking
    • Plating
    • Any other roles common to a Kitchen Crew
