任职资格
- Diploma/ Graduates with minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience or fresh graduates with understanding of order and supply chain process
- Fluent in English - both writing and speaking
- Good planning and organising skills
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to systematically work independently and in a team, encouraging and respecting the contribution of others and volunteering information and ideas
- Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
- Computer literate and ease in working with IT systems
岗位职责
- To process Customer’s Request for Quotation (RFQs) and Purchase Order (POs) in the Global Customer Service (GCS) mailbox
- To be rostered to maintain Local Customer Service (LCS) mailbox from time to time
- To provide administrative support to the GCS and LCS team.
- May receive assignments from senior support personnel as required.
