We’re Hiring: Senior Retail Assistant
Location: Orchard, Singapore
5-Day Work Week
Commission Entitlement

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Retail Assistant to join our retail team in Orchard.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, driving sales, and taking greater responsibility for day-to-day retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products
• Actively promote products and work towards individual and store sales targets
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic service issues professionally
• Perform POS, cashiering, cash and card transactions accurately
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment and inventory control
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising
• Support promotional activities, campaigns, and in-store events
• Assist with opening and closing procedures when required
• Support and guide junior retail team members in daily store operations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in approaching and engaging customers
• Sales-driven with a strong customer-service mindset
• Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays based on roster requirements
