Join our Finance & Accounts team as a Senior Accounts Executive and take ownership of key accounting activities while supporting accurate reporting, strong financial controls and better business decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own the Full Set of Accounts

• Manage the full accounting cycle covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Bank/Cash.
• Ensure transactions are accurately recorded, properly supported and up to date.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations and account schedules.

Keep the Numbers on Track

• Take ownership of month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management accounts and supporting reports.
• Review account balances, investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

Manage AP & AR

• Review invoices, claims and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor payables, receivables and ageing balances.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, receipts and collections.
• Follow up on outstanding items and resolve accounting issues with relevant teams.

Make Financial Information Count

• Analyse account movements, expenses and financial data.
• Highlight significant variances and provide relevant information for management review.
• Support Group reporting and preparation of financial schedules.

Keep Compliance & Controls Strong

• Ensure accounting records comply with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements and company policies.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant parties when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and effective financial controls.

Improve the Way We Work

• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Support improvements to accounting systems, reporting and internal controls.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior accounting team members.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with solid full-set accounting exposure.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Analytical, organised and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
• ACCA, CPA, MIA or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.
