Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Interior Design / Renovation Sales Executive to join our team. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting clients, developing new business opportunities, and working in a fast-paced renovation and interior design environment.

The position is primarily field-based, with approximately 80% of the role involving travelling to meet clients, conduct site visits, and develop business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the renovation and interior design market.
• Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their renovation and design requirements.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and client consultations.
• Present suitable renovation, interior design, and related solutions to clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Maintain good relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the interior design, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate sales records.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Travel to various client locations and project sites as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in renovation, interior design, property, construction, furniture, or related sales is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in meeting and communicating with clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
