Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Shopping Mall.
- Able to manage and lead all leasing programs, planning and development of the leasing department.
- Familiar with budget forecast to maximize rental and increasing mall’s profitability.
- Study, review and recommend policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall.
- Good prospecting and negotiation skills. Possess good interpersonal skills with an open minded attitude and is able to work with people.
- Market Research on mall’s demographics, market trends, consumer needs and attitudes, and to competitive activity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Leasing department to ensure that all goals and objectives (revenue, occupancy, tenant mix and lease administration procedure) are achieved.
- To develop and lease vacant units to new prospects, planning and implementation of preferred tenant mix in the complex and negotiate tenancy renewals.
- Organize and conduct market research to identify center’s demographics, market trends, consumer needs and attitudes, and to monitor competitive activity.
- Effective Tenants Management by close liaison with tenants to establish and integrate their needs for business improvements in the complex.
- Ensure efficient planning and implementation of all leasing activity.
- Be aware of the market conditions, new retailers and competitors update.
- Collaborate with other departments on leasing plans that require their involvement with the aim to achieve tenant satisfaction and budgeted revenue.
- Responsible for annual leasing plan and budget.
