Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2-4 years in merchant acquisition, business development, account management, or partnerships, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or e-commerce industries. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.

• Strong understanding of the F&B industry, restaurant operations, and familiarity with the grocery and retail industry is advantageous.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficient in data analysis and CRM tools like Salesforce, Google Sheets, SQL

• Relationship Management and Sales Expertise: Build lasting partnerships with merchants through consultative selling and full lifecycle management to drive Omnicommerce revenue growth.
