Job Description

Requirements

  • Valid D driving licence with a good driving record.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of driving or general support experience is an advantage.
  • Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
  • Physically fit and able to perform general duties.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours when required.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiar with Kuala Lumpur and Selangor routes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Drive company vehicles safely for daily operations, staff, and business errands.
  • Perform general office and operational tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with delivery, collection, loading, unloading, and transportation of items.
  • Assist with maintenance, cleaning, and basic upkeep of company facilities and vehicles.
  • Run company errands such as document collection, purchases, and banking matters.
  • Assist the Operations and Admin teams when required.
  • Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and in good condition.
  • Maintain proper records of vehicle usage, mileage, and related expenses.
  • Follow all company SOPs, safety rules, and instructions.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
