Sales, marketing, or administrative experience is an advantage.

Handle customer enquiries and provide good customer service.

Promote and sell firearms and related products through hard-selling and soft-selling.

Explain product information clearly and professionally to customers.

Follow up with customers and assist with sales.

Manage documentation, filing, and customer records.

Prepare basic reports, quotations, and sales documents.

Assist with marketing activities, promotions, events, and social media.

Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

Ensure all work follows company SOPs and relevant regulations.
