Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Able to speak Mandarin and English

Experience providing technical support for accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL, or Access & Hardware is an advantage

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Familiar with database management, networking, and security protocols

Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accounting software and hardware

Provide support to end-users by phone, email, or in person

Train end-users on the proper use of accounting software and resolve issues related to data entry and processing

Collaborate with IT teams to resolve software integration and network connectivity issues

Update and maintain accounting software systems, ensuring data integrity and security

Assist in the development and implementation of new accounting software applications and upgrades
