• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.

• Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia; intermediate English is required.

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; a Diploma is an advantage.

• Experience in live hosting, sales, retail, customer service, or content creation is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.

• Friendly, responsive, responsible, and punctual.

• Able to learn product information quickly and work well with the team.

• Willing to work according to the assigned live-stream schedule.

• Able to work full-time on-site at Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur (near MRT Kentonmen); this is an office-based role, not WFH.

• Host engaging live-stream sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.

• Introduce, demonstrate, and explain products clearly to viewers.

• Interact with viewers, answer questions, and encourage participation during live sessions.

• Promote ongoing campaigns, vouchers, and product offers accurately.

• Work towards live-stream engagement and sales targets.

• Prepare product knowledge and key selling points before each session.

• Coordinate with the e-commerce and operations teams on products, stock, and promotions.

• Review live performance and viewer feedback to improve future sessions.

• Assist with short product videos or social media content when required.
