职位描述

任职资格

  • SPM holder and above.

  • Mandarin speaker is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Preferably 1 year of customer service / call centre experience in any industry.

  • Patient, responsible, and customer-oriented.

  • Willing to work on a 24/7 rotating shift, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Yearly contract renewal basis.

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests.

  • Provide professional and timely solutions to customers.

  • Achieve customer service and call KPIs.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
