Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in polymer materials development, characterization, or processing, preferably in an industrial or research setting.

Solid understanding of polymer chemistry, structure-property relationships, and processing techniques.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Fresh Graduate from related background are encourage to apply.

Knowledge of polymer material (Example: Plastic, Polymer composites, emgineering plastic)

knowledge of polymer processing (Example: extruction, injection moulding) & Characterization of polymer (DSC, TGA, FTIR, mechanical testing).

Understanding of quality control, conduct test to ensure polymer meet specification.

Assist in researching, developing, and optimizing polymer materials for specific applications.

Conduct experiments to characterize polymer properties and performance and analyze experimental data to support decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the design and development of polymer solutions.

Assist in the scale-up and manufacturing process of polymer materials, including process optimization and troubleshooting.

Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure the consistency and reliability of polymer products.

Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in polymer science and engineering, and share knowledge with the team.

Assist in providing technical support to internal teams and external partners, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Contribute to project documentation, including experimental procedures, results, and reports.

Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment, following company policies and safety protocols.
