Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within corporate branding, marketing, events, or related industries.

Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in branding, corporate identity, print, and digital design.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, colour, and layout design.

Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken) is required to support the Hong Kong market.

Experience working and coordinating with external vendors, with knowledge of printing processes, production workflows, and event/exhibition materials.

Experience in video editing and animation/motion graphics is an added advantage.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Plan, create, and edit engaging video content and creative motion graphics for social media platforms, websites, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Handle post-production video editing, including applying appropriate effects, animations, captions, transitions, and soundtracks to enhance content quality.

Assemble recorded footage into polished final videos by applying creative storytelling techniques, selecting suitable camera angles, trimming clips, and ensuring seamless sequencing.

Transform raw footage into compelling visual content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.

Continuously explore and implement new video editing techniques, creative trends, and production styles to improve content quality.

Develop, write, edit, and publish high-quality content to engage target audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Optimize social media content by tailoring language, tone, messaging, and visuals based on audience behavior and platform trends.

Plan and execute video campaigns focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and overall content performance.

Monitor video performance and recommend improvements to enhance video quality and audience reach.

Stay updated with industry trends, social media developments, and emerging content formats.

Collaborate with internal teams on creative concepts, campaign ideas, and content strategies.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
