Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business or related field

4–7 years of experience in PR, communications, or events industry

Strong media relations and client servicing experience

Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills (English required; Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin an advantage)

Strong project management and multitasking abilities

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts

Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Understand client business objectives and provide strategic communications advice

Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of services

Lead end-to-end execution of PR campaigns, media relations, and events

Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource planning

Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, events)

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines

Support development of PR and communications strategies

Oversee media outreach, press releases, influencer engagement, and contentdevelopment

Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports

Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement

Supervise and mentor Account Executives / Account Managers

Delegate tasks effectively and review team output

Support performance development and training of junior staff

Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts

Support pitching for new business and proposal development

Assist in developing integrated communication solutions for clients
