Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

Technical & Solution Selling Skills:

• Ability to identify customer operational challenges and consult on customized technical solutions.

• Experience collaborating with internal design, engineering, product development, and business partner teams to tailor proposals.

• Knowledge of automation, labor-saving systems, and advanced commercial equipment technologies.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

• End-to-end project management skills to lead solutions from initial concept through completion.

• Strong network-building and interpersonal skills to engage customers, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Core Competencies: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, client relation, and business development capabilities.

Identify customers' operational needs and business challenges through effective consultation and relationship building.

Develop and propose customized solutions by collaborating with internal design, engineering, product development teams, and business partners.

Recommend commercial refrigeration, display, and system solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Participate in new product development, product enhancements, and innovative solution planning to optimize operations and increase productivity.

Advise customers on automation and labor-saving solutions through the implementation of advanced technologies and systems.
