Managed end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Sourced candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conducted initial candidate screenings and coordinated interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintained candidate databases and recruitment records while ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Prepared job advertisements and supported hiring managers in fulfilling staffing requirements.
• Assisted with employment documentation, offers, and onboarding processes.
• Developed and maintained talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

Prepare and post job advertisements according to hiring requirements.

Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment databases.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Assist with preparing offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.

Support the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
