任职资格

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Basic cooking skills and understanding of kitchen hygiene
  • Kitchen experience is preferred, but applicants with relevant culinary training may also apply
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
  • Able to communicate and work well with the team

岗位职责

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
  • Ensure every dish is prepared with consistent taste, quality and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at your workstation
  • Follow food safety, storage and kitchen operating procedures
  • Monitor ingredient usage and minimise food wastage
  • Assist with stock receiving, checking and storage
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service hours
  • Carry out other kitchen duties when required
